What if you don't have my size in stock?
We can order it for you. Please note that this can take some time, so see us early.
I checked my mail, but I didn't receive a confirmation email (or your newsletter), what should I do?
You should receive an email from us asking you to confirm your subscription within 2 minutes of clicking the 'Subscribe!' button. If you have not, make sure you check your "Junk/Spam/Bulk' folder, as the message may appear there for Hotmail/Yahoo/GMail users. If you have not received the email within 15 minutes, please contact us.
What if I want to unsubscribe from your newsletter?
At the bottom of each newsletter we send, there will be a link that gives you the option of removing yourself from the newsletter instantly. If for some reason it is not working for you, please contact us with your name and the email that you wish to remove from the list.
